This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of transformation of a self-employed person into a limited liability company. The work compares positive and negative aspects of these types of business. The aim of this work is to propose when it is good time for a self-employed person to transform self-employment into another form of business, all steps necessary for this transformation and taxation advantages and disadvantages.
